1. What We Collect

Account information (email, name), organization information, uploaded datasets, analysis parameters and results, usage data, contact form submissions, and cookies (authentication session, org preference, consent flag).

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide the service (store datasets, run analyses), authenticate your identity, send transactional emails, improve the platform through aggregated analytics, and respond to inquiries.

3. Data Ownership

You own your data. We do not claim any rights to your datasets, analysis results, or research output. We will never sell, share, or use your research data for purposes other than providing the service.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Fly.io, Vercel) with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is controlled through role-based permissions.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time. All personal data and datasets will be removed within 30 days of account deletion.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication (Supabase session), organization preference (HMAC-signed), and consent tracking (localStorage). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

7. Third-Party Services

Data is processed by: Supabase (database), Fly.io (compute), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Sentry (error tracking — anonymized). We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or any advertising trackers.

8. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Data export capabilities are being developed.

9. Changes

We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
